We were taking a walk along the creek at Festival City when we came across the Dubai Boating Festival being held there during the weekend - and because of that, we get to enter the jetty to view some of the most luxurious boats in the world. 
It's usually non-accessible to public.Dubai Boating Festival - before the start of the show...
