Here's the recipe for the lemon mint vinegraitte:Rice Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 lemon
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Pepper - a dash
Mint Leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Cilantro - a few stems, chopped finely
Mix them all together & refrigerate. Serve with fresh vegetables of your choice.
