Here's my 2nd attempt to do the chicken rice ala claypot style - this to check if i replicate the dish just as good - i think this time it's taste better - 3 things I have done differently:- added chinese mushrooms & less muk yi
- Used 2 lap cheongs instead of one (the taste of the rice comes out better)
- salted fish (used the more premium version - better "ham yu" taste)
Still, cannot find the cooking wine - so make do without it. Taste yummy....
