Stir-fried Beef with Homemade Black Pepper Sauce & Fresh Salad

Black Pepper Sauce has always been my all-time-favourite sauce. I decided to give it a try to make the sauce on my own. Result was satisfactory - maybe it's because I just like the taste of black pepper sauce and made it to my liking.
Sauce - brown garlic and onion on low to medium fire in oil till the onion is transparent. Add in freshly ground black pepper, oyster sauce, dark soya sauce, salt and sugar to taste. For extra peppery taste, add more black pepper. Stir fry till fragrant.

Add in marinated beef slices (marinated in pepper, salt, sugar and cornflour & a little sesame oil). Cut up fresh vegetables like capsicum, tomato into cubes & cook the pasta. Mix the black pepper beef, fresh vegetables with a little olive oil with the pasta and serve.
