Chicken Biriyani - Authentic Indian Cuisine

Hubby is exceptionally partial to this Chicken Biriyani - home delivery here is very common and they don't charge delivery fees....so we ordered in this meal for 15dh (enuff for both of us) last weekend. It's unlike the briyani that we know back in Malaysia - we personally like this better as it has less oil, so the flavour of the spices comes out better, can be savoured....wonderful. It comes with a yogurt dressing and some salad. And the rice is basmati rice...
