On the way to Sharjah...

We took a drive to the next emirate, Sharjah, this evening. It's a holiday today - UAE's National Day. It was about an hour's drive away (actually, it's faster without the traffic jam). Many ppl working in Dubai stay in Sharjah as the rental was way much lower - so, ppl preferred to travel about 2 to 3 hours a day (to and from) to work every day unless they leave at 4am in the morning - this will cut their travel time by at least half.

Interestingly, this building caught our eyes.....Arabian Jerusalem Co. Not sure what kind of business they operate.....
